Susan did the centerpieces, ceremony and reception decorations, and lots of other planning odds and ends for my 120 person wedding at the Lake Mary Events Center. One of my guests said it was the most 'pinterest-worthy' wedding they'd ever been to! :-) When I began working with Susan, I had a pretty specific vision and lots of ideas for my wedding decorations, including lots of unique items like vintage globes, paper airplanes, etc. Susan "got" my vision from the beginning, and was just as excited about making it happen as I was! She went out of her way to curate the items we needed to make it a reality--including finding globe printed candle holders for a steal on ebay! She clearly loves what she does, and it shows by the extra passion, care and personal touches she puts into everything she does. The two main items Susan was in charge of were my ceremony decorations and table decorations, which all turned out AMAZING. She did our wedding arch decorations, aisle flower balls and ceremony flowers, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. I wish I could add pictures on here, but hopefully they are in her thumbtack profile! For our reception decorations, Susan made tall, dramatic floral arrangements for a fraction of what the florist quoted me for a similar centerpiece. She also decorated every table with candles, globes and other personally curated decor to match our vintage travel theme. The overall effect made the and they made the ballroom overall look absolutely INCREDIBLE. I love all of the photos from my reception because the backdrop of the decorated ballroom looks absolutely stunning! If you're a bride like me with a specific, pinterest-inspired vision of your wedding, Susan will do more than any similarly priced professional in the biz to see it through. I can't recommend her services enough!

Marie did a great job helping us plan our party - the DJ, the speciality drinks, the food, decorations, etc. But, we had a minor problem for about the first 15 - 30 minutes of our party as everything wasn’t quite ready before the guests arrived. It was awkward. But, after things were all set up, things flowed very smoothly. My guests had a good time with lots of fun!!!!

The job consisted of catering a birthday dinner party. Not only was the food important to the event but the decor of the event had to be elegant. Birthday Party on the Lake... Absolutely beautiful event- There were lights that lit the path for the guest to follow, sheer panels draped from the tents. The dance floor was awesome! The food was delectable. The guest were beyond pleased at the decoration & ambience. Had an absolutely grand time!!!

    I never dreamed of having a big wedding. I wanted to elope, but I married into a traditional family who insisted we have a wedding. So, I started planning a small (around 100 people) wedding by myself living 13 hours away from my family and closest friends. After booking most of my vendors I realized I was over my head and had no idea how the day of my wedding would be able to work out since I couldn't get ready and make the venue was ready at the same time. I needed help! We hired Alicia about 4 months before our wedding. She was amazing and helped us save money on various things like programs, decorations, and she helped us negotiate with our location vendor even though we hired her after we booked them. Alicia made our day truly magical. She kept everything on track leading up to our big day and the day of and made sure we were comfortable and having fun the whole time. Our wedding day was everything we never knew we wanted and more because of her. In fact our venue didn't have enough servers present to accommodate our guests, and I had no idea until after our wedding was said and done because she stepped in and ran the kitchen and tended to our guests. I highly recommend Aylesworth Events for anything from birthdays to weddings. They are highly professional, organized and efficient.
