Very friendly and more of a perfectionist . They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and still wondering if I was satisfied. There was also a follow up call from them with the offer to come back if there is any part they missed out.

I am so glad I chose Stadler Restoration Services. They were quick and efficient and most importantly did an impeccable job. We just moved into the condo and it had previous set in stains, that we were prepared for not to come out, but Kevin was able to get them out! Honestly a smooth and pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced and really really good carpetcleaning.

Excellent service, great people, great price! I HIGHLY recommend Stadler Restoration Services. Kevin and Justin did a fabulous job on my home. Tammy was very kind and helpful when we spoke over the phone. I had our carpets and upholstery cleaned and house and surrounding areas pressure washed. They were prompt, professional, friendly, extremely hard working, and just all around great at what they do. They got stains out of my carpet that I thought would never in a million years come out. The stains are completely gone. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned before but never has it looked as good as it does now. My driveway and patio now look as good as they did when we purchased our home. I will continue to use their services from this day forward. The SRS team is a great group of people that take pride in what they do and it showed in the care they put into my home. I cannot thank them enough. Super happy customer! Anyone reading this review please take my advice and look no further call SRS you will not regret it!

We originally hired SRS to clean our furniture. They gave us a great price and did an excellent job! While they were here, they asked if I'd like anything else done, so we agreed on adding our area rugs, without adding a tremendous amount to my total. They also threw in some runner rugs free of charge. Kevin and Justin were awesome, so awesome that I had them come back the following week to clean our entire first level of grout and tile!
Our grout looked disgusting in my opinion, and they said that they could make it look great again, which they did! My husband and I were amazed at how great it looked after, along with the great price they gave us. The best part... they even called to check on us a couple of days later, and came back to fix a small issue we had ran into. That is great customer service!!!!
We will surely be using this company again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Thumbtack prices that I quote are significantly and purposely less than our normal rates which are listed below. I have done this purposely to show the quality of our work and to introduce ourselves to new customers and to their communities.
Our normal non-discounted rates are as follows:
.40 cents a sq. ft. for residential carpet cleaning
.30 cents a sq. ft. for commercial carpet cleaning
$17 a linear ft. for upholstery cleaning
.70 cents a sq. ft. for tile/grout cleaning
.80 cents a sq. ft. for area rugs cleaned in house
$1.50-$3.00 a sq. ft. (depending on fiber and staining damage) for area rugs cleaned at our shop. Pick up and delivery charge applicable.
Special pet package prices vary on severity staining damage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is the same with a new customer as an established customer. Before introductions are made, work vehicle is parked in the street and is never pulled in the driveway without first getting permission from the homeowner. Custom made floor mats are placed at entrance of domain. Booties (protective footwear) and gloves are adorned. When introductions are made, staff will ask customer to go over full scope of the job. A full walk through with customer is preferred so that any trouble spots can be pointed out and so that staff can explain our exact process. Corner guards (wall/furniture protection) are put in place before job is started. Invoice will be written, explained and signed by homeowner before job is started. We will never ask for payment until job is completed to ensure customer satisfaction. (Please view our guarantee.) Only after our 11 step cleaning process is completed, which includes speed drying with high velocity air movers and a post cleaning inspection with homeowner, will we require payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified. I was a general manager for 12 of the 16 years that I worked for a large nationwide flood fire mold restoration franchise. Which also included a focus on high end carpet/tile/area rug and upholstery cleaning.
