- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my event services, I offer packages that can be customized based on client need. For my concierge services, I offer hourly rates, but I am in the process of building membership packages conducive to savings and creating more availability guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting a potential client face to face. Typically, I like meeting at starbucks, who doesn't like starbucks, and give them a chance to meet me as a person. They can ask questions, read my body language, sense my temperment. It is important for a client to like me personally, then accept me professionally. My brand of service is based in relationship. We all need to be comfortable since we'll be working closely for what could be a long period.
