My name is Shanay and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/Yoga and Pilates Instructor. I offer fitness bootcamps, yoga and Pilates group classes in person and virtual. I am passionate about helping others improve their health and take control of their weight struggles. I also enjoy helping individuals understand proper technique and form with regards to working out with weights. I was able to lose 100 pounds through proper nutrition, fitness and an abundance mindset.
