Tiago was very prompt. He came out and gave me a free quote for tile and thinset removal. He was patient as I didn't reach back out until a couple weeks later. I had more tile removed on my own but he readjusted my quote anyway. He came next day on a Sunday and finished the job in less then 8 hours. He also removed bags of old tile that I already had for a very small fee. I will definitely hire him for more work whenever I need it. Highly recommended.

Tiago and his team were competitively priced, and were able to work with us on creative solutions to our problems. Our condo building had settled causing the shower pans to no longer be level. He was able to reshape both pans and lay new tile to match the existing tile. He also helped with a few other repairs with a cracked tile and missing grout. Very responsive. He worked quickly and his team was able to complete all of the repairs the same day.
