FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is usually on a case-by-case basis since each project truly is unique, and we treat it as such. No two projects we've done are alike - even two weddings are vastly different. Pricing is based on how far we have to travel, the duration of the event/video, whether we need to purchase/rent special equipment for the event, and editing time. We track all our time editing and send this information to our client upon completion of the video.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to get to know the customer's creative vision so that we can combine our technical expertise and past experiences with their vision to get an end product that exceeds their expectations. Typically, we like to set up a meeting (either in person or over the phone, depending on distance) with new customers to go over the big things they want in their final product, and then we determine the next steps on a project-by-project basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in this industry since 2011. While a student at the University of Florida (from 2012-2016), I ran a student organization for video production. I lead training sessions for all areas of production for our students, a large portion of whom were telecommunication production majors. I started Media You Can Feel, LLC (DBA: Tangible Productions) - my production company - while at the University of Florida and I continue to run it today. Through my production company, I've been hired by a number of clients, including the University of Florida Student Government, Study Edge, Engineers' Week, local artists, and more.
