- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service fee to perform a diagnostic on your appliance. Parts and labor are billed separately. All work comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a $75 diagnostic visit, during which we inspect the appliance or AC unit and identify the issue. After the assessment, we provide a clear estimate for the cost of parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in appliance and HVAC repair, combined with industry certifications and ongoing training to stay current with the latest systems and technology.
