I do both traditional mediation and at parties' requests for complex cases. I do focus group panel deliberations prior to mediation. After a focus group has heard from and evaluated the case's strengths and weaknesses, the mediator then proceeds to conduct a traditional caucus-based mediation utilizing the findings and discussions of the focus group panel, which play a key role in re-evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the parties positions, thus increasing the likelihood of case resolution. I am affiliated with Treasure Coast Mediation Services.
I enjoy helping people come to a conflict resolution outside of the courtroom. Thereby hopefully avoiding litigation, which can potentially be more: costly, time consuming, emotionally draining, etc.
