My pricing and packages are based on results, although I can be contracted on an hourly basis.

I utilize a complete bank of assessments that analyze every aspect of your health. Utilizing these assessments, I lead my clients down a path to health that fits individual lifestyles and budgets. I focus on finding the habits that create the symptoms. Scheduling a "initial" appointment call via my website is the best way to determine if our time together will benefit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read anything and everything I can on food chemistry, food production, food growth manipulation, food distribution, meal preparation and the effects on the human body. As a former University/College Professor teaching Food Chemistry and Healthy Disease Management, I am able to "teach" and "coach" complicated Nutrition elements for increased health.
