Family rates are given for two students from the same family scheduled consecutively and also for three or more students from the same family scheduled consecutively. Those rates are as follows: for the second student $15 for a 30 minute lesson and $22.50 for an hour lesson, for the third student $10 for a 30 minute lesson and $15 for an hour lesson. Group lessons are priced per student as follows: $10 for a 30 minute lesson and $15 for an hour lesson. Practice sessions are charged as half of the cost of the normal lessons. Any books or other materials required for lessons can either be purchased by the parent/student or purchased by me and added to the lesson cost. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a music major at Rollins College, and graduated in 2012. I emerged from Rollins with a wealth of knowledge and a hunger to pass the information on to others so that they can enjoy music in every aspect of their life. The manner in which Rollins sets up their classes creates a learning environment that allows for creativity as well as growth. I learned violin, viola, cello, and bass with a string master who not only took the time to teach me each instrument, but showed me how to teach them to others as well. I took voice lessons from the most compassionate person I have ever met and she gave me a voice I wasn't afraid to use and then turned around and showed me how to give that voice to others.
