I described the job as needing deep cleaning for a home that had not been lived in for 3 years. I let her know that it had a strong cat odor that we wanted to get out. She came out by herself and cleaned for a few hours before someone else joined her to do the carpets. She said the job would take 4 1/2 hours and it took almost seven. None of the baseboards,windows, window sills or doors were cleaned. I called and asked about the things that were not cleaned and she said she would come back and do it for more money. She stated that she would have charged more if she had know how dirty the house was ahead of time but she was there an hour early and said nothing about it then. Deep cleaning means cleaning visible dirt off and this was not done. For $300 I expected to have the house cleaned so it would be ready to put up for sale and I had to finish the job myself!

They both did an outstanding job. The place was spotless and ready for upcoming rental season. They even came out on a Saturday. Reliable, timely and cost efficient. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Tequila communicated well, arrived on time, and was a pleasant addition to our morning. She and her helper left the house looking and smelling great, and we will be using her weekly because we enjoyed working with her.
