Introduction: I am a certified raw and natural food chef, as well as a certified corporate nutrition specialist and a certified corporate wellness specialist. I am also a holistic health coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have been providing private chef services and teaching cooking classes, both healthy and gourmet, for 3 years. My services include in-home chef services and catering for small or large groups and individual and corporate retreats, as well as one-on-one and group health coaching.
