FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, job complexity, and the time required to complete the project properly. We provide clear estimates before work begins, so you know what to expect up front. For larger projects, pricing may require an in-person visit to accurately assess the work. Any applicable service fees, material costs, or special-order items will be discussed before scheduling or starting the job. Our goal is fair, transparent pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by learning about the project, the issue they need solved, and any priorities or concerns they have. From there, we may ask for photos, details, measurements, or schedule an in-person visit if the job needs a closer look. Once we understand the scope of work, we provide clear pricing or an estimate, explain what is included, and answer any questions before scheduling. When we arrive, our team shows up prepared, respects your home, keeps the work area as clean as possible, and communicates throughout the job. Our goal is to make the process simple, professional, and predictable from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience in residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and improvement work. Our team has practical field knowledge in common property needs, including general repairs, carpentry, fixture replacement, maintenance tasks, punch-list work, and project troubleshooting. We focus on doing the job correctly, safely, and professionally. That means understanding the scope before starting, using the right tools and materials, communicating clearly with the customer, and paying attention to the details that affect long-term results. Whether we are working in a home, rental property, office, retail space, or other commercial setting, we approach each job with respect for the property, the people using the space, and the customer’s expectations. When a project requires a specialized trade or licensed professional, we are upfront about that and help guide the customer in the right direction.
