- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discussed on arrival and description of job with prospective clients.*** If we both agree a binding contract will be signed. If a prospective clients set a date and time for us to meet and does not show, I will wait for 15 minutes and leave; if asked to return their will be a $40 no-call/no-show (CASH ONLY) before a walk-through can begin. If a new client does not show, I will wait for 15 minutes and a $40 no-call/no-show will be assessed. I also require 24 cancellation notices or the entire amount from the contract signed will be requested. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Money Orders. All returned checks will have a $35 fee assessed.
