I had a great experience with this cleaning service! They showed up on time, were super friendly, and did an amazing job. Every home is unique, so my pricing is customized based on your home's size, condition, and specific cleaning needs. While I do have starting prices, I'll provide a personalized quote after learning more about your home and what you're looking for. I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. I also offer discounted rates for recurring cleanings, as well as referral rewards and occasional client appreciation perks as a thank-you for your continued support.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a quick phone call to answer any questions and get to know your cleaning needs. From there, I'll have you complete a short client questionnaire so I can provide an accurate quote and make sure your home is cleaned exactly the way you want. My goal is to make the process simple, personalized, and stress-free.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start working alongside my mom, who owns a cleaning company and has been setting the bar high for years. She's incredibly meticulous (in the best way!), and I learned early on that the little details are what make the biggest difference. That foundation inspired me to start Coastal Cleaning Co. and provide the same level of care to my own clients.
