Valentine S Cleaning service was great. I am very Particular and needed special cleaning done. She was able to meet all my expectations and I appreciate all the work done in my home.

She was very friendly and confident but talk is just that Talk, results matter. All four rugs where to be done only the two in the bed rooms scrubbed the two large space rugs only vac. The bedroom rugs left soaking the water was not sucked out. I know they would be damp but they where squishy, water puddling, I got my wet dry vac and sucked out a gallon of water and had fans blowing all night. Microwave not touched, reg oven grates not cleaned properly. My friend helping me out while I ran errands cleaned the refrigerators had she not they would not have been done. I told Ms Valentine this was a two person all day job, she insisted she could do it in 8 hours by herself, she was wrong. Way to many smoke breaks. She was in over her head and did the best she could but came up short. In my world you do not just tell what went wrong but how to fix it.//// In my opinion Ms Valentine promises to much in order to get the work. She cuts corners that will bite her in the tush in future. She is there to clean not gossip, be cordial but stay working. I im not your buddy I'm your boss while your cleaning MY house. She needs to mature in her work ethic, not over promise and do what she says she will do even if it takes longer then she originally quoted. NO I DO NOT WANT HER to return. Again in my world you perform as expected or go someplace else. I kept my side of the task, I paid. For me this has ended. No more contact with you or her.

Micheal I couldn't help that the unsanitary carpets that were Smeared with dog poop which ended up breaking a $400 carpet cleaner. I’m sorry you are unsatisfied

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk through the home or business so I can better idea of the level of cleaning needing to be done. Also it helps me prepare so I know what supplies and equipment to bring. The most important part of this step is it gives me a chance to meet my customers so they can get a feel for me, and that, usally helps relieve some stress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up with my parents cleaning business, was thought the ins and outs of proper cleaning. Been doing it for 20 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents owned their own cleaning business as I was a child. So it naturally stuck with me. It's an important part of life that not everybody has time for. I make that time for you.
