- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront about our cost, we share material and equipment pricing, overhead business expenses and include labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are clear in our process communicating each step and making sure we are always on the same page in regards to the scope of work. We provide initial estimates, schedule the work and complete based on each customers wants and needs. We collect payment upon completion and full satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my B.Sc in Horticulture and Landscape Design from University of Florida.
