- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Mowing-depends on a few key factors like bagged or mulched, Push mowed or Zero Turn mower allowed, gate wide enough to fit riding mower? Also size of lawn and how much edging is involved. *Everything else is based off of sq footage or linear ft. SHRUB TRIMMING-linear ft and depth or size *Lawn spray or application-beds or lawn is priced from sq feet
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visiting the job site. Preferably meeting customer at that time but not totally necessary. However because my business is based off good communication and customer service I'd prefer a meeting. Gathering as much history and information on the lawn and contact information from customer. Most importantly an email, physical address, set up a way to pay, schedule a day of the week, find out mowing frequency they desire or if they need to be notified of a specific time etc .
