I was disappointed when the rep, Patrick called and cancelled our appointment when he found out that I had another competitor scheduled to provide an estimate also. He made me feel as if he was in the process of over estimating me for services when he refused to honor our appointment. He clearly stated he doesn’t want to have to compete with anyone else. Definitely kind of sketchy so please be aware.
