- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will diagnose for $98.00 bucks. If a customer would like to move forward with repair the 98.00 bucks will be deducted from total cost. We offer discounts to customers who refer other customers and we also offer seniors a discount on labor rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers reach out, give us information about the issue and we get you on the schedule to get it diagnosed and repaired, hopefully on first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Computer Science. I’ve got over 4 years of on the job training diagnosing and repairing appliances. As technology evolves there is always new information to learn.
