We accidentally cut an electrical wire in the attic of a customer's home while installing a central vacuum. Al's quick response, same day service on a Saturday was a huge "rescue" for our small business and customer. The quality of work was professional and trustworthy. You are now in our Rolodex for future jobs and we will recommend to friends and family.

He did a great job with wiring the house for the new internet cables and he climbed up in the attic and worked so hard and did a fantastic job. He knew what he was doing and he even cleaned up after his work! 5 star job!

Alex was first to bid on my job for the complete duct removal and replacement of my residential home . He was also the best price . He came for an intisl consultation within 2 hours after we talked . After meeting with him, the job schedule was set for the following day . He was promptly on time . He and his team mate worked hard and did a excellent job . He addressed all my problems and went above and beyond the scope of the job by checking my a/c to ensure it was working properly , cleaned my blower without my asking and removing my old attic air handler . He was clean and very mindful of everything in the house . I am extremely pleased with his work . I decided on using him only because of my reading his high reviews , now I can see exactly why such high praise . He now has another long term customer and will recommend him to my friends .

Put up new soffits. Work was great quality and completed quickly, I called Ray because another guy had pulled down all my soffits and then disappeared, leaving access to my attic wide open. Ray delayed accepting another job because he didn't want to see me without soffits for a week. A really good guy.

I contacted the Comfort Authority with concerns about AC and duct work. I am an allergy sufferer so my primary concern was the health of my duct work. Secondarily I am concerned about my energy bill like everyone else. I was very impressed with the Comfort Authority, and I had high expectations since both workers are engineers. Their evaluation of my situation was very through. They opened my air handler, crawled around my attic with a thermal imagery device, and took pictures of all their findings (thermal and true color pictures). I am awaiting their three scenario proposal as I asked for three outcomes - clean the duct work, replace duct work, replace AC and duct work. Both young men who came for the evaluation of my AC were very knowledgeable. They took time to explain all of their concerns as they showed me the results of the thermal scans in real time on an IPad. I could see temperature differences where there were leaks in my duct work, air handler, vents, and even recessed lighting. I have to say this was much better than someone just poking their heads up into the attic to see the air handler condition and manufacture date. I mentioned that they crawled through every inch of my attic with a thermal imager. They also measured every room and made a sketch of my home layout in order to calculate the size and placement of where each vent should be. A far cry above a one size fits all tube to every room. I have not received the quotes, and therefore have not decided which AC Company to use, but so far I have been most impressed with the Comfort Authority.

Justin is wonderful. He paid attention to detail. I had a bathroom that was so badly neglected in a rental property. Now it looks great. New floor, toilet, replaced some valves that were so old and touched up paint in the area behind the toilet where there was a shelf. Im happy and I will hire him for the bathroom in the bedroom. Thank you for a really nice job.

The original agreement was to repair a small hole in the ceiling sheet rock, replace insulation, and cover the ceiling with bead board sheets. I was to furnish material the job cost was quoted as labor only $500 for a 16 x 10 room. He was unable to complete the job in two days had numerous excuses as to why and when he claimed the job was complete there were huge gaps between the sheets of bead board members, a huge gap around the base of the ceiling fan (he cut a hole in the bead board around the base rather than dropping the fan) there were huge gaps around the edges and corners of the ceiling that were just filled with caulk. I now need to hire someone to repair the unsightly damage. I just received an invoice from this business stating I now owe them an additional $350. This is a shakedown. Do not use this company. I will happily provide photos of the "finished" project. It's going to cost more to repair and it's a clumsy attempt at best. Buyer beware!!!

I contacted Nelvin to remove an eye sore screen door from my house at the last minute before a party. Within an hour he was at my house and in less than an hour the door was gone. The doorway looks outstanding now that the screen is gone, it doesn't even appear like a screen door was ever there. I highly recommend him and I most definitely will be contacting him for all my handy house work.

I purchased new doors and windows from Healthy Homes America. I needed to replace the old ones with more energy efficient ones. Other than the fact that it took a little longer than I expected due to the fact that some of the windows were special order everything else went well. Everything looks great and I am glad I took their suggestion to also add more attic insulation. My electric bill has gone down and my house is more comfortable.

Our home is a one-story with two air conditioners both of them continue to run constantly. Throughout the years we have added blown in insulation had to replace the air conditioner always looking at ductwork and it wasn't until we met with America Energy Savers that we were introduced to the Solar Shield. The different concept for us was to install this on the roof Rafters inside our attic to keep our attic cooler. And I would say on a really hot day our attic is probably 22 through 30 degrees cooler than it has ever been, with that said our house is more evenly temperature we're actually Cooling the house completely with one air conditioner who would have thought that we could do that. After all since the kids have left it's just the two of us so we don't use every room so if we close off the rooms we don't use we open the doors we do use and our house stays comfortable by the way it's saved us money on our bills too. It's been great working with these guys.
