Eric is extremely knowledgeable in the fitness field. Through his personal experience as a college and professional athlete he lends expertise in all sports training. Eric works well with all ages and personalizes your workout to tailor your body's needs. He acts as a "sculptor" in many ways, knowing just how to proportion your body to look fabulous in your clothes. My daughter and I have been training with Eric since 2012. The most important aspect of training with Eric that I found so beneficial was the fact that he comes to your house and can use any counter top or piece of furniture you have to aid in the workout. There are no excuses when it comes to training with Eric!

Generally I charge $75 per session but give a big discount for purchasing a package of sessions.

Typically see a client for 3 weeks and at that time all clients metabolism have increased and their changes are visible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than attending Rutgers University, the College of New Jersey and many other universities to expand my knowledge, I am also a member of American College of Sports Medicine.
