Awesome experience! My AC unit totally went at 23:00 and was fixed by 15:00! I was super stressed as this was my first major home issue. They were so quick and responsive. Being a military family and often moving it's not always easy finding honest people that know what their doing. Someone that isn't trying to take advantage of your situation/problem. You have to trust hoping for the best. I reached out to Mike today and he arranged for Joseph to come out tonight. I was concerned because it was already getting dark, could he even see. We had no ac, he doesn't know us. I thought okay, how much will this cost. He sent a fair price, sent out Joseph and didn't try to add extras, as others often try. Joseph is smart, pleasant and a hard worker. He got to work with no complaints. They were determined to get ac in the house even though it is so late at night. NOTHING extra either. Working with them made me want to take them to our next base location. You will not be disappointed with them.
