I strongly suggest that you have a professional install any parts or units. I do all work under code. (I have over 20 years of experience I'm not a parts changer; I'm a technician). If your handyman, buddy or a fly by night does not install the unit correctly it may hamper your warranty as well as affect the ability of claim or warranty in the event you need a warranty part replaced.
