Introduce my self with good manners, ask and probe asking the right questions then I would ask to see the device or computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
computer user since 1999 and technician since 2011. Graduated from Florida Career College with best test results on 2011 class and have been giving my best over the phone supporting from computers to electronics, product and services support.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fixing my own computers at home and the neighbours around me.
