- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a flat fee regardless of the issue. If it is something that requires extensive work or parts I will let you know before hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do with a new customer is of course introduce myself. I also want you to tell me about your office space or tech and how you use it. I will try and gather as much information as possible about the issue before I make my visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ certified.
