Introduction: TechTechs cleans, repairs and builds computers for customers. TechTechs goes above and beyond to keep our clients happy and satisfied. We also offer sit-downs to teach our clients about the technology that they are using. We spend the time to learn about our customers and assist them for all their needs. From simple things like setting up a computer to things as difficult as removing a blue screen virus. We pander to all ages and to all levels of technology knowledge. I enjoy being able to help people and work with them to make their technology worries go away. I enjoy seeing the smile on my clients face when I sit and get to know them and their businesses as I work on the computer, tablet, or phone issues. Making the client happy and at ease and brings me joy to see them not as stressed. I enjoy going above and beyond to accomplish the task that they ask me to get done.

I was referred to Dan by a friend,, at the time which was Christmas I was looking for a Gaming Computer for my son and upon calling him, I was immensely impressed by his knowledge of the Computer Field! He literally went to the store with me, took the time to pick every piece of equipment I needed to build the PC, Got the best prices for me, and told me I will call you when I'm done. I thought it was going to be at least a couple of days. Dan called me back in about 6 hrs. and said your computer is all ready to go!! He dropped it off, set it up, and had everything all pre-installed for me. Needless to say the computer is AMAZING! My son is thrilled ,,, the PC is so quick and all of his friends are amazed at how fast it is when he is gaming,,, Dan even took the time to put in some cool lights inside the tower... He also took the time to follow up with me to make sure the PC was working to my standards. He went above and beyond my expecatations... If you need a computer fixed or a computer built ,, of any kind rest assured Dan will get it done quickly, efficiently, and he is by far the cheapest in price for building a High Speed Gaming Computer!!! I have referred two other people to Dan as well and they both said the same thing,, he listens to what you want, and then simply gets it done. A Top Notch man, that is very polite and goes out of his way for his customers!! Thank you again Dan for making my Son's Xmas gift the best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computer and technology repairs start from $40+travel. Computer reset and installations of OS's are $70 and up. All pricing is negotiable depending on the service and time spent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over with the exact problem and tell them possible solutions followed by times to show up and pricing for travel and work needed to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A+ certificate. Training with Tech companies. High school magnet program for computers.
