I hired Mori to replace tiles on a second floor balcony. The work product was top notch. The communication with the company was terrific and prompt. He was on time, very professional and clean. Due to a mistake I made, we had to split the job into two visits and he was extremely accommodating. I would certainly hire for more work.

Mori and his team did an amazing job. From the start their work ethic impressed me. From the initial communication, their responsiveness to giving me a (very reasonable) quote, to setting up a day/time, they were punctual, they cleaned up after themselves, they worked diligently and methodically throughout the project and then midway through their second coat of paint, I changed the paint color…. and they rolled with it without issue. I cannot recommend The Three Lainez highly enough. I am definitely going to work with them on each and every home project I have - if they’ll work with me again!

I contacted The Three Lainez to add new stucco to a section of our wall where a structure was removed. Mori was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The wall also had an outlet and Mori recommended the right junction box for the wall. After the job was finished, I contacted Mori with a small concern and he came out the next day to address the issue, no questions asked. I highly recommend Mori and The Three Lainez for any of your stucco needs.
