Make sure the company you hire pays attention to details and can take care of all of the little things that come up without a hitch. Make sure the price given to you covers all the upfront costs and labor and there is a solid contract showing what work will be provided for what costs and also what is not included. Nothing worse than getting half way into a project only to find out the contractor omitted something just to get the job.
