Introduction: I have a very personalized approach to massage: intuitive and individualized to the person. I treat the body and total person from a balanced combination of medical knowledge/experience as a practicing licensed RN and alternative/holistic knowledge as a trained and licensed massage therapist.
My approach is based on the understanding that the body has an inherent ability to self-heal. I am the facilitator and educator/coach towards healing.
