- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a professional chef with a fine-dining background, I believe fresh ingredients combined with a truly personal service can create wonderful experiences and memories. My pricing is flexible based on the event type but one thing that will never change is the fact that you will always receive a truly personal experience. Please feel free to contact me in order to discuss any details about your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, I would like to get to know what I consider critical information in order to provide you with the best experience. Some of the questions I will be asking will be getting to know what your favorite foods are, what kind of experience are you looking for, are there any specific likes or dislikes, allergies, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of experience as a personal and restaurant chef, having opened many high-end South Florida restaurants. I have also provided short and long-term private chef services for many clients. I am also certified in the 3 major areas of the hospitality industry which are cooking, baking and pastry. This means everything will be always be made from scratch.
