Katie is very innovative! Each day she has new, fresh ideas to help us maintain a healthy, fit, balanced lifestyle. No matter how many clients r in the class, she makes u feel like ur the only one. She watches us and always helps with our form, which is to our benefit, and always in a kind manner. Katie is a very kind, encouraging trainer -she always makes u feel good abt urself-she is uplifting! My daughter and I both attend and I couldn't ask for anyone better! I encourage everyone to join, for u will not be disappointed! Of course, I would like to spend 1 day with Jillian Michaels!

Best exercise class I have ever done! No matter what shape you are in this class if for you. After a few months I was in the best shape in my life. I always have been active and athletic but this class really gets your core, legs and arms in total shape. Cardio is a part of every class. Katie has the absolute best mix of workout routines so you are never bored and always working to your maximum potential. Katie's classes are truly motivating and fun. She if the fitness PRO!

    When looking for a boot camp program, it's important to find a program that does a variety of exercises and that the program caters to your specific fitness level. Many times beginners start a boot camp only to find out that it is for advanced participants. Body Rock Boot Camp is for all fitness levels and modifies exercises so ALL fitness levels can participate.
