I had a corporate luncheon for 60 and Annie was great! Professional , timely, took care of all the planning, set up delivery and break down of the event! The food was Delicious and beautifully presented! Annie made sure we also had vegetarian and vegan options, So everyone was pleasantly pleased. Incredible! The food was above and beyond my wildest dreams...fresh, highest quality food, beautifully presented! She provided excellent directions for items I was serving the following day and even added a meat thermometer as well as other very special goodies that made Christmas for family and friends the most special gift possible. I hope to use her often and highly recommend!

I like to meet personally with my clients. I enjoy getting a feel for their vision and discussing venues, dining options, themes, flowers. I want to ensure that my clients are completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 + years experience. I am always meeting with other chefs to share new experiences, techniques,, new products, recipes, and overall new ideas in the catering and chef fields.
