Travel by VI was my first time working with a travel agent and she definitely made the experience delightful. I didn’t think my needs were valid enough to use a travel agent but at the same time I was exhausted from using online searches. She took the stress away immediately with her responses and research. I would have selected all 5 descriptors if I was able to! I cannot say articulate adequately the amazing experience I had working with Vi! She was given a last-minute complex project and she tackled it with tenacity, expertise, and always kept in mind my what was a best fit for everyone traveling! She spent many hours and worked late into the night to ensure we had the best possible vacation that fit our tight parameters. She was resourceful, personable, professional and flexible! Vi was the best from the start, she was able help me make my travel planning experience very smooth from booking the hotel to Disney reservatios. Divesha is AWESOME! We had a lot of hiccups trying to plan our honeymoon to Hawaii, and none of it was her fault, but she handled in stride, and like a champ and help us figure all the stuff out! We had an amazing trip, and she helped us feel very prepared and excited! She's easy to talk to and is a good friend! Definetly would book through her again! Nothing but smiles!
