- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- 2 year warranty on all repairs, parts and labor. (If The Part (Materials) we provide broke or malfunction, we will replace it free of charge). - No Job Too Small Or Big - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. - 24/7 Emergency service available (additional cost) TERMS OF SERVICE: ($0 NO DIAGNOSTIC IF RETURNIG TO SERVICE SAME APPLIANCE WITHIN QHRS WARRANTY PERIOD.) - $125 diagnostic fee (PER APPLIANCE) is due ON SITE upon completion of diagnostic, CLIENT MUST APPROVE DIAGNOSTIC WORK ORDER & AGREE TO TERMS PRIOR TO THE START OF ALL DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION. If owner or main office will be making payment offsite we require signed authorization & payment to be made prior to site visit. - $125 diagnostic fee credited to repair estimate provided within 90 days. (DIAGNOSTIC FEE DOES NOT GET CREDITED TO SERVICE FEE ESTIMATE FOR 2ND SITE VISIT TO INSTALL CUSTOMER PROVIDED REPLACEMENT PART(S)). - REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE SERVICES : SIGNED APPROVAL PRIOR & WORK ORDER VERIFYING SERVICE PROVIDED UPON COMPLETING. PAYMENT REQUIRED ON SITE UPON THE COMPLETION OF SITE VISIT - We provde & use OEM PARTS (Original equipment manufacturer parts) directly from the manufacturer. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT NEEDED FOR REPAIR IS DISCONTINUED AND/or NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM MANUFACTURER WE CANNOT COMPLETE REPAIR. - QHRS is not liable & warranty does not cover repair of conditions caused by failure to clean or maintain as specified by the equipment manufacturer, misuse or abuse, accidents, pest damage, freezing, electrical failure or surge, water damage, lightening, previous repair or design, manufacturer’s defect, and any modification to the system or appliance. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with all types of customers. We do residential or commercial projects and no job is too small. We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
