- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free diagnostics and a “no fix, no fee” policy — meaning if I can’t solve your issue, you don’t pay. Most common repairs range from $25-50, depending on the service. I also offer discounted rates for seniors and bundled service visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick diagnostic evaluation, either in-person or remotely, to understand the issue. Once I’ve identified the problem, I provide a clear quote and timeline. If you approve, I get started immediately — most fixes are done the same day or within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in tech support, IT consulting, and small business systems. I’ve worked with everything from home PCs to network setups and data recovery. I stay up to date on current tools, OS changes, and hardware solutions.
