Ozzy is determined to help you reach your goals, and won’t let you give up on yourself. Meal plans are flexible and catered to your liking, as well as the workout plan. Everything done/ taught is explained thoroughly. All in all not only is it a great pleasure to train with him, but a super motivating and rewarding experience.
