FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call fee is $99 which not only includes the trip and complete diagnosis, but will be applied towards the total cost of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out—whether by *****, *****, or through our *******—we gather basic information about the appliance issue, the type and brand of the appliance, and the best time for service. On the day of your scheduled appointment, your technician will arrive within the time window you selected. You’ll also receive a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before we arrive so you know we’re on the way. Once on site, our technician will inspect the appliance, identify the issue, and provide a clear explanation along with an upfront repair estimate. No work is done without your approval. With your go-ahead, we’ll complete the repair—often the same day if we have the parts available. We’ll test the appliance thoroughly to ensure it’s working properly and safely. After the job, we leave the workspace clean and tidy—just as we found it. If needed, we're available to answer any questions, and our work comes with a warranty for your peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians each brings over a decade of hands-on appliance repair experience, working with all major appliance brands and models. In addition to their practical expertise, all of our techs are EPA-certified to handle refrigerants, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations when servicing refrigeration systems. This combination of real-world experience and certified training allows us to provide reliable, high-quality service on every job.
