With Cyber Security (CUI/ITAR, etc.) and new Contractual requirements, SSAI was looking for an exceptional individual to help us understand and met the requirements while reconfiguring a new network at the corporate location and remote sites; within SSAIs unusual time structure.
Steve exceptional ability to help SSAI understand the numerous requirements of Cyber Security/Contractual requirements with verbal and visual tactic on these projects is exceptional. His ability to accomplish the goal and additional requests he was suddenly tasked with is very impressive. In all that work load Steve found the time to help the onsite I.T. department when they were over-loaded with daily tasks and shows outstanding patience in teaching all the new requirements and structure to the IT personal.
Reconfiguring an old network to a new structure with all new hardware is a daunting task and as I look back Im surprise how much SSAI has gone forward. Steve has made that goal smoother/faster than expected; while giving SSAI the best cost savings.
I was so confident in Steve ability and reliability in handling the network and all tasks given him; to the point where I was finally able to take my first vacation in all the numerous years Ive work in Information Technology Department.
Personally my strongest regret is, at this down time, that SSAI isnt able to offer Steve a full time job. It is my greatest hope this will change; as Im not willing to lose an exception employee for SSAI.

Steve was great and did an incredible job, so nice and very professional too ! My laptop was running slow and getting hot while the fan was running continuously. And when it was on, it wasn't functioning at all, then I had to shut it down manually. I found Thumbtack through a search for computer repair, never heard of them before but decided to take a chance. And that chance paid off bigtime. It wasn't long before I heard from Steve. He was ready to fix my laptop as early as that night, very flexible with his time as well as mine. He came to my home that night, worked on my laptop as well as answered a lot of questions from me and eventually took it home with him to complete a few more in-depth scans. He called the next day as he said he would, my laptop was repaired and asked when could he get it back to me. He dropped it off that night, explained what he had done, what he had found and how he fixed it, then turned it on and showed me how quiet and much faster it was. He suggested installing an anti-virus program which I did later that night. He definitely knows what he is doing. My laptop is running smoothly and is as good as new. And I am very happy. Thank you so much Steve.
