FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are established on a per session basis, but generally include many aspects outside of the 60-minute sessions, including planning, programming, access to training app & materials, health and wellness consulting, and more. I also offer up to 20% in stackable discounts to make my services more accessible and affordable. These discounts can be found on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am both a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Science (NASM). I also have a B.A. in Psychology from USF, and will have my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UCF by the end of 2024. I am passionate about the interrelation between physical and mental health, and do my best to integrate the two in my business services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a personal trainer out of an interest to expand my knowledge of human movement and use that to help others reach their fitness goals and live more active and independent lives.
