Thank you Elite Music Instruction. The bottom line is good teachers get good results and our children love their teachers. Our daughter has been taking piano lessons with Elite Music Instruction for three years and our son has been taking violin lessons with Elite Music Instruction for two and a half years. I just could not get my children to practice with their old teacher and now I can't get them to stop practicing.

My daughter Hannah who is 9yrs old is taking lessons with Joyce. She had 2 years of piano lessons previously to Joyce. She wasn't happy and was learning from too many books at one time. Since Joyce has been giving her lessons she has been one happy girl. She loves to practice and looks forward to ever lesson. We are so thankful we found a teacher who is good at what she does and it shows at ever lesson. Thanks to Joyce, Hannah is blossoming!

My seven year old son began taking piano lessons for the first time about one year ago. We tried several teachers until Zachary found one that he liked. Zach has had a one hour lesson per week at Mr. Bennett's studio. Zach has progressed nicely and really loves his lessons and playing and practicing at home. The lessons are a mix of serious teaching and effort, and laughter. In addition to the structured progress through the lesson material, Mr. Bennett spends time, usually at the beginning or end of a lesson, to work with Zach on one of his favorite Bethoven tunes. We highly recommend Mr. Bennett as a professional, experienced piano teacher who obviously loves his profession.

My son Jake started piano lessons with Eriko when she was teaching at Baldwin Wallace college. He was 11 years old at that time and the experience was exceptional. We continued lessons until he started college with his major in piano performance. In addition to the piano lessons, jake attended summer music camps every year and the experience was wonderful. He met many new friends who had the same love of music that he did and they have remained in contact. If not for Eriko, I do not believe Jake would be where he is today. She was a wonderful and gifted teacher and I am so grateful for all that she did with Jake. He will be graduating in December from college with his major in piano performance. He has worked in several music theatre performances and most recently played piano and conducted in the BW musical "Dogfight". In addition, he accompanies other instrumentalists which is a skill he learned from Eriko. Eriko has truly shaped him into what he is today and has given him a great career track!

I have received vocal instruction with Dr. Galer since September 2013 and can recommend her services to anyone! I had in my mind several challenges why I couldn’t learn music at this time as I walked into my first lesson. First I am an adult learner with full time work and family. Second I come in with no knowledge of classical music crossing over from pop/gospel genre. Third I have been self taught prior to coming to her with no real foundation and understanding of music theory. What impressed me was that Dr. Galer was undaunted by my perceived “challenges” and reframed them into advantages. She put no unnecessary limits on me and did not just teach me notes on a page but she is teaching me how to have a relationship and honour my voice. She is vocalist, teacher and psychologist rolled into one! Her style involves not just singing songs but cultivating an appreciation for the art of music. I am a very left brained individual and once I let go my preconceptions of what vocal studies and vocal instructors were our lessons blossomed. She teaches me cornerstones of discipline, sound vocal technique, and that sometimes the shortest distance between two points in not a straight line. There have been challenges yes as there are things I have to unlearn and things I need to “catch up” with but 8 months in I am sticking with it with her and I have witnessed my musical competence and confidence increase. I have seen positive changes in my vocal power/strength, my relative pitch, my classical repertoire, my sense of timing and my vocal range. I am learning to sing both intelligently and from the heart. I cannot wait to see what the future holds! Thank you Dr. Galer for your patience and your commitment to this field

Oleksandra is very professional with her work and is highly recommended from us! We hired her to teach Piano for our 7 Year old, and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Most important our daughter who lost interest playing and learning piano with the previous teacher, soon as she started working with Oleksandra she loves it, enjoys it and practices daily . Good communication is priceless! Thank you Oleksandra!

When I first started taking lessons with Mark in January 2012, I was an adult beginner, most self-thought though I briefly took lessons from another teacher before. I could not play the easiest etudes by Czerny at that point (well, at least not properly). Without bragging or exaggerating, I can say that he transformed the way I play and understand piano music. What I especially like about Mark's teaching is that it's systematic and structured. Learning a new piece starts with analyzing it, understanding why a specific tempo is indicated, perhaps even learning about the composer and the historical context of the piece. This way, I don't simply memorize the notes, but actually understand what and why I play. When I face technical difficulties, he always deconstructs them and suggests the way to practice that actually works. He also has excellent suggestions for your repertoire. Over the years, I attended several recitals of his students, and observed incredible progress in most of the kids and adults he teaches. Overall, I would highly recommend him as a piano teacher for a beginner or a serious musician.

I wanted to start piano lessons for my 3 year old son and everyone thought he was too young. Not Michael! He gladly accepted the challenge and we are beyond pleased with the results. After only a few months, my son can now read music/notes and is working on a few songs. Michael is very patient, super punctual, and truly seems to love the art of music. I feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing teacher for my preschooler!

As an adult learning to play the piano, I needed an instructor that was calm and understood what it took for an older person to learn the piano. I was extremely pleased to have hired Stacy O'Neill as she was exactly what I was looking for. She has the patience of a saint and a true professional in her teaching methods. I would highly recommend her as your piano instructor for you or your children.

Joel is literally the best. My knowledge in music expanded exponentially within the nine years I've been receiving piano lessons from him. He is very patient and accommodates to your needs and learning style. If you have any problems, talk to him, and he'll do his best to find a happy medium. He's skilled and is open to learn from you as much as you are learning from him. Joel is truly a pleasure and is really fun. If you're looking for a great piano instructor, you need not to look any further!
