Chef Brown prepared last night my husbands birthday dinner celebration for us at home ( 5 adults and 2 kids), the food was delicious and each course presentation was amazing, he far exceeded my expectations, he is very attentive, organized, timely and professional. It was a true pleasure having chef Brown and will hire him again for future events.
Corey Williams was excellent. Corey, only had 24 hrs to prepare a meal for sixty people and he came through with awesome meal to our surprise. We enjoyed his cooking and we will definitely request his services again.
The food was awesome and Antoinae was very professional. I expected her to just drop off the food but she actually came and served the food to our kids before the prayer breakfast!!! We will definitely use her services again.

Sandy has been doing a one on one culinary class with my 12 year old daughter over the last three weeks and the results are delicious! Her rates are beyond reasonable and Phoebe has brought home the most delectable dishes to share her learning with us! Sandy successfully taught Phoebe to make the best Pate a chox, a dinner of Roasted free range chicken with fresh fig wine sauce, Mediterranean quinoa with golden raisins and pine nuts and Brussels sprouts and garlicky prosciutto which is absolutely delicious! She also taught her knife skills, setting a formal table, plating and even provided the cutest apron fit for a chef in the making! She has been so kind and warm, really teaching Phoebe the joy and rewards of producing meals fit for royalty! I highly recommend her for the sometimes difficult task of teaching young people an appreciation for the culinary arts! Phoebe specifically said, "She's really nice and you can warm up to her really fast. She's very creative, my favorite part is tasting the food." That's a win in my book!
CCC CATERED FOR A FAMILY GATHERING OF 25 people. The catered gathering included appetizers 3 course meal and desserts. CCC WAS PROMPT COURTEOUS PUOFESSIONAL AND AIMED TO OKEASE THE CUSTOMER. I WILL DEFINITELY USE CCC FOR ANY EVENT.
I have had the privilege experiencing Brent's culinary genius on numerous occasions and his passion for cooking showed in every detail of the meal. Not only were each dish delicious and well made but they were also beautifully displayed.
Susan is an outstanding teacher who has come to our home for a series of cooking lessons. She is very supportive of her students, knowledgeable in a variety of cooking techniques and methods, and explains patiently even with concepts that might seem basic to an accomplished chef as Susan is. Also really appreciate her creativity in building out menu's for the class which are healthy and taste great. Overall she's done a great job!
I was lucky enough to host a cooking class/dinner party with Lindy recently. I had homemade unsweet chocolate from a farm in Ecuador, and Lindy taught me how to make it into an unbelievably delicious and intricate molè sauce, a recipe which she developed from her molè experiences traveling throughout Oaxaca. She has a wealth of food knowledge and experience from around the globe that she shares with great patience, generosity and some humor thrown in for spice. Lindy creates with diverse flavors in her palate and with local and healthy ingredients in the foreground. You will thank yourself for hiring her!
My girlfriend and I had Chef Lionel over to teach us how to cook. He was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, was very patient, and helped to break down steps so we can both understand. The food turned out fabulous! We can't wait for our second class. :)
Murielle was absolutely incredible. I was notified yesterday about a major merger business meeting requiring a personal touch to get it pushed through. The You & Me Kitchen accepted this last minute hurdle and nailed it!!! Murielle and her staff were exceptional. 54 guests were raving about the dinner and dessert. Her Putneska dish and Cannoli Cupcakes were to die for. They were so fun to work with and truly bring the "home" feeling. Their punctuality, cleanliness, flavors and all around passion for food was evident and truly noteworthy. Everyone was so happy and STUFFED! I was a hit and the night went great. I will definitely be using The You & Me Kitchen again, truth be told, already booked them for some Cooking Lessons. I would recommend them unequivocally.
