- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a Quality Service & realize that the cost for per visit can become costly. I charge according to the distance I need to drive, number of visits per day & number of Days I will be Pet Sitting for. I try to be fair and adjust prices according to each individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a Meet N Greet to make sure I am Pet Approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always educating myself to keep up with new developments & having my own Pets, working with Rescues, Dog Trainers, Groomers & Local Vets keeps me informed....I also ask a lot of questions....
