- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system, because I treat each project as individually as they are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is job one. After initial contact is made I make an appointment with the client at the location where the work is to be done.I spend as much time as needed with the client, discussing all work the client want done. I do this in order to give a reasonable and accurate project cost for Free.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have serviced a wide range of clients. from first time home buyers to yearly condo repaint clients. I have many clients who I have become very good friends with. We go fishing together, cookouts or just getting together.
