FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100/hour for the two of us with a minimum of one hour. If it is a small job, you may prefer just one of us at $55/hour. It may sound like a lot, but we're quick! If the job takes less than a full hour, we recommend asking for help with general handyman jobs. We both have a very wide variety of skills in home maintenance and renovations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you invite us into your home, the first task we have is to check that are all of the parts necessary to complete the job are there. If the instructions are not complete enough, we may do some quick research on our phones so that we have full confidence that everything will be put together perfectly on the first try. We will let you know as soon as the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the ASFA (Association of Super Furniture Assemblers). Just kidding! There is no certification board we know of that specifically applies to furniture assembly.
