- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always send girls out in teams of 2, with a wrapped company car and uniforms. They will be highly professional and respecful. Our prices our representational of our service quality and efficiency. We treat our staff well and have workers compensation and lots of incentives to make sure they are happy so you'll get the best cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a price range for your initial clean and have you sign a contract so we both have our basis covered. You will have in writing when we will be there to perform the service and for how much.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since this is a franchise, we have a proven system that works and is highly efficient.
