I had a great experience with the Scrub Perfect cleaning company when they cleaned after my Mom's FL rental house move. Nolan was very professional and extremely responsive to messages. The cleaning person Sage did a super nice job. I was even sent pics of the job once it was completed which I appreciated since I live out of state. Thanks so much Nolan & Scrub Perfect crew. I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made to contract your cleaning services.

Definitely did not send me a professional cleaner got charged for a deep clean and the baseboards didn't even get cleaned nor did the mirrors nor did they mop the two bedrooms. Was priced at a normal cleaning beforehand I answered the questionnaire stating that I did have animals 20 minutes in to the lady cleaning I receive a phone call saying because of dog hair I have to be charged a deep cleaning they didn't even have a decent vacuum to even vacuum anything up it was a very little petite vacuum was told that they usually do airbnbs so they're normal lived in house basically now is an inconvenience because it's lived in and got charged extra the refrigerator was supposed to be done as I checked that off on the list of things to be done the worker was a very sweet lady but definitely did not work too fast and kind of didn't seem like she knew what she was doing trying to figure it out I hired a professional because I wanted somebody that could come in and know exactly what needed to be done not have to stand over them and tell them what I want done and what I don't want done clear as day I do have animals the baseboards needed to be done not one was touched the bathroom was done nicely but they didn't even wipe down the sides of the counters or anything extra not the bottom of the tub or the top at the top of the tiles were even touched

Tabetha watches dogs and had a VERY dirty home. She needed a 15 hour deep clean by a team of cleaners and she only hired one cleaner for three hours. We were not able to clean more than we did due to time constraints. She did not mention that she has 10 or more dogs in her home everyday so we did not bring our shop vacuums. She was trying to tell our cleaner, who has been cleaning homes for 18 years, how to do her job and clean her entire home that has never been cleaned, in three hours.
We did the best we could with the three hours we were there. We also stayed an extra half hour and did not bill her for the extra time.
Our cleaner did the best she could under the circumstances. Next time we will not service a home like Tabetha's, unless we are being hired to do the full job.

She is personable, efficient, and does a nice job quickly. She also found my earring that had been gone for months which tells me she is cleaning places that had been missed by the people I had before. I really like her.

My husband has been in the hospital and juggling work and taking care of him, I needed help keeping up with the household chores. Kylah went above and beyond to clean my house her attention to details and getting in each corner my house literally shines and smells wonderful. I will request Kylah again
