- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of the home, as well as hourly block options for certain situations. Pricing is always confirmed upfront so there are no surprises. We also offer discounted rates for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as well as occasional promotions for new and returning clients. Additional charges may apply for deep cleanings, first-time cleanings, or homes that require extra time due to buildup, pets, or specific requests. We’ll always communicate this clearly before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll gather a few details about your home and what you’re looking for so we can give you an accurate quote. From there, we’ll get you scheduled for a time that works best. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and completes the service based on your selected package. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure everything looks great and handle any feedback right away. Many of our clients choose to continue on a recurring schedule to keep their home consistently clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential cleaning best practices, including proper product usage, efficient cleaning systems, and attention to detail in high-touch areas. We follow structured checklists to ensure consistency across every home and continuously refine our processes based on experience and customer feedback.
