- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If hired weekly when they haven’t had a cleaner in over a month I usually clean an hour or two extra for free the first visit to get them caught up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through priorities and make sure it’s clear what products I intend to use in their home. I also typically give an estimate of how long it should take me the first time and how it might change once cleaned regularly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a CNA for a short period and will probably go back to home health as I get older.
