- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and tailored to the scope of each project. I offer flat-fee design packages as well as hourly consulting, depending on what best fits your needs. All proposals clearly outline what’s included so there are no surprises. While I don’t compete on discounts, I focus on delivering strong value through thoughtful design, efficient planning, and access to trusted trade partners and resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget, and timeline. From there, I develop a clear design plan that may include space planning, mood boards, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Once the design direction is approved, I assist with selections, documentation, and coordination as needed—guiding you step by step so the process feels organized, collaborative, and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in interior design along with years of hands-on experience working on residential projects. My background includes space planning, materials and finishes, construction coordination, procurement and styling. I stay current through ongoing education, vendor trainings, and industry events to ensure my clients benefit from both timeless design principles and modern best practices.
