They specialize in Biofeedback Therapy, Somatic Health & Life Coaching, Holistic Personal Chef Services, Pulsed Light Medical Therapy, Yoga and Tai Chi Classes, Pure Bio-Energy Healing, Functional Nutrition & Supplements, Ionic Foot Detox, and Zero-Gravity Massage Chair. Hilary was absolutely amazing! We hired her as a private chef for my wife’s birthday dinner, and the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she really took the time beforehand to understand exactly what I was looking for and dial in every detail. She arrived promptly, was incredibly organized, and timed everything perfectly in courses, from appetizers to dinner to dessert. The food was absolutely delicious and turned out amazing. When we wanted a little more of one of the dishes and had the ingredients available, she was so sweet and accommodating and happily made more for us. She was lovely to have in our home, made the entire evening feel effortless and special, and left the kitchen completely spotless when she was done. We cannot recommend Hilary enough and absolutely cannot wait to have her back again!

I hired Hil & Vil Natural Wellness in advance of major surery so I could have nutritious food prepared in advance of my recovery. Chef Hilary was extremely accommodating with a menu change after my surgery was postponed. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and the food she prepared was incredible! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality meal preparation, especially if you're recovering from surgery or going through a busy season of life. The care and attention Chef Hillary put into both her food and her customer service truly sets her apart.
